Our history
Chrismy Énergie Solaire Inc. was incorporated on August 3, 2009, in Canada. The company was founded by a team of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in various fields, including the sale and supply of energy products.
Recognizing the critical role that energy plays in driving economic growth and enabling development, Chrismy Énergie Solaire Inc. has broadened its reach by establishing two new entities: Chrismy Énersol SARL in the Democratic Republic of Congo (incorporated on July 12, 2010) and Chrismy Global LLC in Delaware, USA (established on January 5, 2024).

Christian Kalubi
Executive Team
Mr. Kalubi is the Chief Executive Officer of Chrismy Énergie Solaire Inc. and it is under his leadership that the company has established a credible footprint in the oil and gas industry. He has focused on establishing strong partnerships with often neglected but reliable sources of oil and gas supply. Under his leadership Chrismy has adopted the strategy of having “a skin in the game” as a way of establishing trust and credibility and substantially reducing costs to Chrismy’s clients.
Christel Rodrigues Da costa
Executive Team
Ms. Rodrigues da Costa, a widely recognized authority with 25+ years of experience, graces her titles as both a co-founder of Chrismy Global LLC and an executive of Chrismy Énergie Solaire Inc. Within this framework, Chrismy Global LLC operates as a division of Chrismy Énergie Solaire Inc. During her celebrated career, she has maintained relationships with distinguished organizations, namely the United Nations Security Council and NY Cares. Tapping into her expansive expertise in conflict resolution, mediation, law, and policymaking coupled with her stellar networking abilities, Ms. Rodrigues da Costa adds considerable benefit to both Chrismy Énergie Solaire Inc. and Chrismy Global LLC.
Magloire Muloway
Executive Team
Mr. Muloway is vice president and managing director of Global Partnerships at Chrismy Énergie Solaire Inc. He is responsible for developing and managing Chrismy’s strategic partnerships related to the sourcing and financing of Chrismy’s oil and gas business. He is a part of a small global team that has given Chrismy a competitive start in the oil and gas industry.
Emmanuel Ochoro
Management Team
Mr. Otunnu is a corporate finance lawyer with extensive experience in capital markets, complex transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, as well as sovereign practice. With over 30 years of experience in finance, development, and law, his pro bono work focuses on free and fair elections and political pluralism in Africa. He has advised governments, state-owned enterprises, transnational corporations, and international development institutions in Africa and Europe.
Fred Lim
Management Team
Mr. Lim is an experienced investment banker, attorney and advisor with over 23 years of experience in capital markets and corporate law. Mr. Lim is a co-founder of Wentworth Management Services LLC, a financial services holding company that operates broker dealers and registered investment advisors in the US. Previously, Mr. Lim was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in Global
Capital Markets where he focused on securitization and structured finance.
Roxanne Maxwell
Management Team
Ms. Maxwell is a 25-year finance professional who is skilled in all aspects of corporate finance and real estate strategy, and analysis, including business analytics. Her transaction experience is extensive and spans across all industry sectors and multiple geographic regions and encompasses the full spectrum of financial products and investment classes. In her strategic investment and financial advisory roles, Ms. Maxwell has raised approximately US$15 billion in new capital for clients in the public and private sectors and acted as advisor on over 100 transactions in five continents.
